That’s why we’re proud to offer an in-house dental benefits plan that is available to all of our dental patients. After payment of an annual fee, members receive:
- Two Regular Dental Check-Ups including a dental exam, digital x-rays, oral cancer screening, periodontal evaluation, and dental cleaning.
- Unlimited Emergency Dental Visits for problem-focused dental exams and any necessary dental x-rays.
- A 25% Discount Off Our Usual and Customary Fee for all dental procedures including dental fillings, crowns, and bridges.
- No waiting periods, claims forms, restrictions on treatment, age limitations, or pre-determinations necessary.
